Obituary of Eileen M St.Yves

Eileen M. St.Yves was born to Bernice St.Yves in Minnesota; went into eternal life Wednesday, October 27, 2010. She was a single mom and raised a daughter: Marie Willers, and two sons: Robert Wentland, and John Wentland. Was grandmother to five. Eileen moved to Washington State when she got married and to Lodi in 1974. She was a vocal advocate for Lodi's Eastside and was constantly at City Hall fighting for the working class and landlord and tenant rights. Eileen was: officer for the Lodi Business and Professional Women Inc.; on the Eastside Improvement Committee; Chair of the Lodi Improvement Committee; and active with the San Joaquin Rental Property Association; and had a working relationships with City Managers, and the Police Department. When not serving on committees, she enjoyed tasting wine and going to property association galas. Eileen was a member of Calvary Chapel in Stockton. Her family said she did not want her age released, but noted she was "of drinking age." Memorial Services will be held at the Lodi Women's Club 325 W. Pine Street Saturday November 6th, at 1:00 p.m. Arrangements have been entrusted to Rocha's Mortuary 215 S. School Street Lodi, California.
