Jacqueline L. Wagers, 93, of Lodi passed away on Sunday, November 27, 2011. She was born, Jacqueline Lorraine Lange on September 13, 1918 in Lodi to parents Jack and Hazel Lange. Jacqueline attended local schools and College of the Pacific before marrying Richard Wagers in 1937. They owned and operated Wagers Electric, a family vineyard and later developed built and operated Dry Creek Golf Course. They later moved to Reno, Nevada. Mrs. Wagers was a charter member of the Lodi Garden Club and was an honorary lifetime member. In addition, she was a member of the Lodi Historical Society, the Galt Historical Society and an avid antique collector. She is survived by her husband of 74 years, Richard Wagers, sons, Gary Wagers, daughter, Judy Schultz, son, Terry Wagers grandchildren, Melody, JayDee, Bradley, Nikki, Troy, and 7 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, Ray Lange in WWII. Services will be private. In lieu of flowers please make memorials to the donor's favorite charity.
