Calvin Leroy Kurle, 83, of Lodi, passed away March 25, 2012 at his residence. He was born January 19, 1929 in S. Dakota to Raymond & Christine Kurle. He was the loving father of Jim Kurle of Poulsbo, WA, the dear brother of Del Kurle of Lodi and Ramona Fitch of Raleigh, NC and the devoted grandfather of 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Mr. Kurle was a truck driver for Claude Woods Construction. He was a member of the Teamsters. Mr. Kurle had a fondness for hunting and fishing. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving in Alaska during the Korean Conflict. Friends are invited to a memorial 3:00pm, Friday, March 30, 2012 at the Eagles Hall, 217 E. Lockeford St., Lodi.
