Theodore A. Williams was born in Spokane Washington to Augustus and Dorothy Williams on August 21, 1933. Mr. Williams joined the Navy in 1952 and after serving he moved to California where he worked as a Program Direcotr for the State of California for over 35 years. He is survived by his three childen Maureen Williams, Brian Williams and Kathleen Burbank. A memorial service is being planned by the family.
