Charles Manley passed away on Monday, May 20, after a battle with cancer. He is survived by his son, Perry (Debbie) Manley, daughter, Christon (James) Manley Elswick, and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Theopolous Manley and Agnes Skaggs Manley. Charles was a roofer by trade for over 45 years, and enjoyed golf. A Celebration of Life Open House will take place on Sunday, June 2nd. If you wish to pay condolences, please come by anytime between 1 and 4 p.m. at the home of Gerald and Susan Hanning, 207 S. Hutchins Street in Lodi.
