James W. Owens, 94, of Lodi passed away at home on Friday, October 11, 2013. He was a native of Shawnee, Oklahoma born March 30, 1919. Mr. Owens was employed by San Francisco International Airport for many years as an electrician. He was a veteran of The United States Navy and served during World War II. There will be no services and private interment will be at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery.
