Laurence Lee Lane, Age 88, of Lodi California, entered into heaven on February 12,2014. Laurence was born in Lemoore California on August 21,1925 to Helen and Lloyd Lane. Laurence graduated from Lodi Union High School in 1945 . He was happily married to his first wife Dorothy Zickus. After his first wife's passing he remarried to Nancy Martin. Laurence worked on the family farm for 30 years in Lodi and he was employed with Proctor and Gamble for 29 years. He enjoyed gardening, Hershey bars and flirting with the ladies! He was survived by his brother Kenneth Lane, of Lodi; his children Irene Schmitt, Roberta Boehm Perry Lane and Timothy Lane. He was also a wonderful grandpa to Stephanie, Michael, Deborah and Jennifer; Sarah, Kristin, and Andrew; Gloria and Perry Jr.; Timothy Jr.; As well as great-grandpa to many great- grand children. Laurence was a loving husband, father, brother, grandpa "G", great grandpa and uncle. Services will be held Friday, February 21, 2014 at 12:00 PM at Lodi Cemetary Lodi, CA.
