Erma D. Slevin, 85, of Galt and formerly of Lodi, passed away on Saturday, April12, 2014. She was born Erma Dorothy Hazen in Elwood City, PA on July 24, 1928. Dorothy married Thomas Phillip Slevin in Elwood City in 1949 and they came to Lodi where they resided until his death in 2001. Erma moved to Galt three years ago to live with her daughter Laurene. Mrs. Slevin was a homemaker and was a member of St. Anne's Catholic Church in Lodi. She is survived by daughters, Laurene Larsen of Galt, Susan Leone of Washington, Dorothy Hatterle of Wallace, 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchilden. She was also preceded by three sons, Tom Slevin, John Slevin and Jim Slevin. There will be no services and committal will be private at Cherokee Memorial Park.
