Obituary of Kimberly Marie Whiston

Kimberly Marie Whitson 53, went to heaven on May 13, 2014. Kim was born and raised in Stockton. She graduated from Lincoln High School in 1979. Kim worked for Lucky's and S-Mart Grocery Store on Alpine in the bakery, deli dept. for 28 years. She decorated cakes and loved her co-workers and customers. Kim enjoyed all crafts, painting, woodworking. She made fleece blankets (over 300) for family, friends, babies and even animals. Kim loved to play softball and was the pitcher for several years. She also played bingo with her mom twice a week. Kim enjoyed shooting pool with her brother Kelly and would challenge him to a game during many holiday gatherings. She is survived by her parents Glenn & Molly, her brother Kelly (Tina), nieces, Alyssa & Kelsey and a nephew Collin and her beloved dog Riely. A Celebration of Life will be June 8th 2014 at Pacific Ave Bowl from 11:00 - 2:00. In lieu of flowers send donations to Valley SPCA, P.O. Box 8275 Stockton, Ca 95208.
