James R. Starks was born May 19, 1947 in Allen Oklahoma, he passed away October 23, 2015 peacefully at home. He was preceded in death by his parents, James & Alta Starks. He graduated from Franklin High School in 1964, earned a degree in marketing from American River College. He was an outside sales man in the construction and ready mix industry for 40 years before retiring in 2008. He was blessed with a son Kyle (Brenda) grandchildren James, Kylee, David, Elizabeth and 2 great grandchildren. He was blessed with a daughter Kimberly(Jeff) grandchildren Jordan and Justin. He enjoyed camping, hunting & fishing with friends and family. One joy was Jim did get to have his 50th anniversary with family and friends. A celebration of life will be October 31, 2015 at 251 Palomar Drive Lodi, CA between 11:00 - 2:00 pm. Please visit www.lodifs.com for more info.
