LCDR William Grant Bowen passed away on July 27, 2017, surrounded by friends and family. He was born in Indiana to William D. and Evelyn P. Bowen in 1946, and is survived by his wife, Melba Bowen, his daughters Michelle Bowen and Wendy Kwasny, and brother David Bowen. He served in the U.S. Navy for 23 years as an engineer, and then became a licensed contractor and owned a property management business. Graveside service will be held at Lodi Memorial Cemetery, 5750 E. Pine St., Lodi, CA at #time on August 3, 2017; a guestbook is available at www.rochasmortuary-ca.com. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his honor to Calvary First Assembly of God in Stockton, CA.
