A Celebration of Jeff's life will be held at the Oak Grove Park in the Boat House on May 16th at 1pm. There is a $5.00 fee to enter the park. Jeffrey Lynn Suter, 59 of Stockton, Ca passed peacefully on the evening of April 12, 2018. He is survived by his two daughter Melissa Altier and Amber Aviles. He was a Loving grandfather to Savannah and Anthony, his pride and joy. Jeff was a kind and carefree spirit and will be sorely missed by all who knew him. Please come celebrate his life with the family.
