Ernest (Ernie) Dean Mewbourn, 52, of Ione, California, passed away on April 27, 2020 at his home. Ernie was born in Yuma, Arizona to Ernest Dean Mewbourn and Linda Sue Parker (Tate), on October 10, 1967. He attended Tokay High School in Lodi, California. He worked in construction for 20+ years, became a general contractor and started EDM Construction in 2015. He loved to go camping, hunting, fishing and spending time with his family. Ernie is survived by his wife Debbra Ryan Mewbourn, sisters Debbie Garrett and Linda Oakes, dad Chuck Parker, brothers Steve Parker and Mike Parker, nephews Ron Johnson, John Johnson, Dennis Brown and Joey Oakes. He is preceded in death by his mother and father and nephew Donald Johnson.
