Palma Lee Zwingelberg (Morrone) 68, of Lodi, California, passed away peacefully on May 30, 2020, surrounded with the love of her family beside her. She was born May 2, 1952, in San Diego Ca to parents, Philip and Geneva Morrone and moved to Lodi when she was 10 years old. Palma was the oldest of 3 siblings Phyllis Miller of Arizona and Jennifer Wise of Lodi. Palma graduated from Lodi High in 1970. She was the beloved mother to daughter Angela Morrone of Lodi and son Philip Huestis who is currently serving in the Army at Fort Jackson SC. She loved spending time with her daughter where they loved cooking together and rescuing animals along with various social events. She worked at Lodi Unified School District main office for many years and was loved by everyone she encountered. Her hobbies included cooking authentic Italian dishes and the rescuing of cats and horses though all animals were her passion. Palma always shined from within and you knew she was in the room. She will be sorely missed by all. She is proceeded by both parents and she is survived by her children, sisters, four nieces Valerie and Emily Callis of Arizona and Terra and Tania Wise of Lodi and one nephew Timmy Jr also of Lodi. And two brother in laws Tim Wise of Lodi and LeRoy Miller of Arizona. She also had many Aunts, Uncles and cousins that will all miss her dearly. A Celebration of Life will be October 10th 2020 starting 1:00 pm at Tim and Jennifer Wise house.
